I focus on analysing managerial and leadership behavioural styles and then coach the individual on what strengths they can build on and what they can change to enable him or her to engage effectively with their people. The result? Motivated, energetic, creative and enthusiastic teams, ready to contribute their skills towards a shared goal: improving productivity and increasing profitability.
I have worked with leaders from many different industries, countries and cultures. I’ve also been a leader myself, with experience of leading complex, global projects. From the work I have done both in the UK and internationally, I have learnt that an organisation’s success depends largely on highly motivated, flexible teams able to anticipate and respond to new opportunities and challenges.
